Shipping info and FAQ
PREORDER NOTICE
Preorders are held until the item is ready to ship. If you purchase a preorder together with other books, the WHOLE ORDER will be held until the preordered book is ready to ship. So if you want your other books sooner, please make a separate order.
US Shipping
Books are packed and shipped out of Chicago. Orders ship out 24 hours after your order is placed, Mon-Fri (except national holidays). All shipments will have tracking provided.
Media mail is the default shipping service, and takes 2-8 business days.
UPS is an option for faster delivery times of 1-3 business days (but be careful if you order right before the weekend, these only ship on weekdays).
Outside of the US Shipping
Books are packed and shipped out of the Netherlands. Orders ship out 24 hours after your order is placed, Mon-Fri (except national holidays). All shipments will have tracking provided and are shipped with DHL, UPS, or GLS depending on which country it's going to.
Shipments throughout Europe take 2-4 business days.
Free Shipping!
In the US: Orders over $50 get free shipping.
OUTSIDE OF US: Orders over $100 / €90 / £75 will get free shipping in Europe. That's great. If you live in a place that has expensive shipping, maybe you can convince your buddies to do a group order together for a deal. Shipping to Africa, South America, Asia, Middle East, Oceania, and Russia get a discounted shipping instead of free shipping.
Shipping questions
Q: I live in [Some Country] but I still think shipping is a lot.
Unfortunately, some countries are always going to be expensive for us to ship to, especially. We do offer free shipping on larger orders though, The other option would be to check with your local comic store and see if they can make an order directly from us. We have very good rates on larger packages which is good for sending bigger orders.
Q: I just ordered but I accidentally put in the wrong address. Can I change my order?
Sorry! Our shipping system is automated and once an order is placed it will ship out automatically, so please make sure you enter the correct address. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address we will out to you to see how you'd like to proceed. In case you would like the book re-delivered, we’ll send another invoice for the new shipping.

Q: I thought peow said they were quitting. How come you are still making books then?
We still want to keep these stories available for those who want to read them, but also because many of our authors wanted their stories to continue to be accessible as well. We are slowly figuring out how to keep the stories in print in a way that makes sense for us, and will focus on future archival projects and special reissues.
